BSA Annual Conference 2017: Funded Places

Have you been a concessionary member of the BSA for more than 12 months?

Could you be eligible for a BSA Support Funded Place to the BSA Annual Conference 2017?

Conference registration for the BSA Annual Conference 2017 is now open online. For a second year there are 40 places available for 40 BSA Concessionary members.  20 places are being funded by the BSA Support Fund and 20 places by SAGE Publications. Applicants must be paid up members in the UK Concessionary category, must be living in the UK, and must be a member for 12 months prior to applying for this free registration. Members are limited to one Support Fund claim – if you have previously received an award, you are not eligible.
How to register: book online here

Please note the following information:
· Registration is now open and will close at midnight on Friday 13 January 2017.
· The BSA can offer no support for evening meals, accommodation or travel costs.
· The BSA Support Fund does not cover expenses related to accommodation and social events, or the pre-conference workshop.
· It will not be necessary to complete a Support Fund Application Form.

If you’re not eligible for the Support Fund, you might still be eligible for the BSA Member Concession. The BSA Member Concession registration fee (full-time students / retired / unwaged members) offers reduced conference registration fee.
Places are limited and will be selected randomly from all eligible applicants.
Full booking guidelines and online booking for the BSA Annual Conference are available here
Please note that to qualify for any BSA member registration fees, you must be a fully paid-up member at the time of booking and also when attending the conference, so please renew your BSA membership now for 2017. You can now renew your membership online here
